Purchase
After you have viewed the details online, completed a walk-thru, researched the property, and received a pre-approval through Mike Senn,
it's time to submit your offer!
All offers to purchase should be forwarded to the listing agent assigned to the property. As always, we suggest that you do your own research on the property prior to making your offer.
Please keep in mind that many of our REO properties have more than one interested buyer, so do not delay your offer too long.
